Wolf Works grew out of something simple — the genuine joy of helping people I care about with something I actually know how to do.
After decades leading large organizations, I found myself helping family and friends navigate AI. I not only loved the strategy and problem solving, I loved doing the actual work. Bringing the ideas to life and adding real value was invigorating and... got me wondering: where do small and mid-sized businesses go when they need this kind of help? Not a social media influencer how-to guide. Not a multi-million dollar consulting firm. A real partner with real expertise who shows up and does the work alongside them. I couldn't find a good answer. So I built one."

About David Wolf
David has spent more than 35 years working at the forefront of technology waves of change — not as an observer, but as a builder. He helped ship the first commercially available internet browser. He launched the world's largest online gaming platform. He invented a digital end-to-end production and distribution system for film and television that earned a Technology and Engineering Emmy, a patent, and an Inventor of the Year award.
Throughout his career, David has repeatedly leveraged emerging technologies to deliver real, tangible business value for his clients. He didn't invent the technologies — he envisioned what businesses could do with them, and then made that vision real.
Wolf Works is the natural next chapter. It's a new kind of professional services company with the same commitment to delivering real outcomes — now brought to the companies that need it most.
